No information is collected from the visitors who just browse the site and do not register.
The "Users" who register on the website and become members are expected to provide the information required in mandatory fields while they can opt not to provide other information. The same may be used for personal identification, sharing the data with any of our sponsors and/or advertisers and for sending event information/ updates and/or invites.
Session Data Logging and Cookies
The session data logged does not include any personal information. It contains primarily anonymous information like -
- IP address
- Operating System
- Browser
Although the above information will not help identify the "User", the same can be used to identify the ISP(Internet Service Provider) and the approximate geographic location of the "User".
Similar to Session Data Log, cookies also do not store any personal information yet they can be used to personalize the experience and also gather some non-identifiable general data e.g. Advertisement effectiveness etc. However, "User" can opt to block cookies by setting the options accordingly in its browser.
Safeguards to protect Personal Data
The site has an implementation of Secured Socket Layer (SSL) to protect any credit card / financial data from being accessed/ hacked by any unauthorized persons.
However, AADCE may need to provide the personal data if required by any Government and/or Statutory Body , Law , Court Order or a Law Enforcement Agency.
